The NPS is the neonatal/pediatric specialist exam, for the RRT wanting to specialize in neonatal/pediatric respiratory care. It is currently updated based on the NBRC matrix.
The ACCS is the adult critical care examination. Only RRT who have held their credential for ONE YEAR may sit for this exam. It is currently updated for the exam changes that occurred June 2018.
